Musco Family Olive Co.
The project at the Musco facility was designed to remove salt and brine from the olive processing water. This system employed three large scale SteamBoy boilers, and a 1200 HP steam engine we built from scratch. Musco was honored with an award for leadership in "Innovation in Energy and Agriculture" because of this move toward carbon-neutral heat energy from olive pits.
